Total Body Conditioning:  12:00pm-12:45pm

Wednesdays: 
Total Body Conditioning:  6:30am-7:15am
Pilates:  12:00pm-12:45pm
Yoga:  5:15pm-6:00pm 

Thursdays:
Spin:  6:00am-6:45am
Total Body Conditioning:  12:00pm-12:45pm
Spin:  5:30pm-6:15pm

Fridays: 
Spin:  12:00pm-12:45pm

Saturday:
Total Body Conditioning:  9:30am - 10:15am
