Philip began his career with ClubCorp at University Club atop Symphony Towers in San Diego in 2003. He returned to ClubCorp as Director of Operations at Morgan Run in Rancho Santa Fe, from there went to Mission Hills Country Club as F&B Director. In March of 2016 Philip was named General Manager of Desert Falls Country Club.
Philip is a California native and has a lovely wife and a son and daughter who live in the state as well. He has a large hospitality background; his first career was as a chef, then into management and eventually receiving sommelier certification. He is an avid bicycle rider, wine lover, rock climber and enjoys outdoor adventures and all of nature.
