Originally from Flint, Michigan, Gaith attended University of Houston, Houston Texas majoring in Electrical Engineering. He joined the ClubCorp family in 1986, and over the years has held numerous positions including Club Manager, Operation manager, Membership Director and Food and Beverage Manager. As the Club Manager of Lakeway Golf Club, he won numerous recognition awards, the most prestigious being the Gold Circle of Excellent. As Membership Director at April Sound Country Club, he received the Net Member Award, and as Operation Manager at Plaza Club San Antonio he was honored with the Best of the Best Award. Gaith has been married to his wife Sharon for 19 years and they have four children Hannah, Gabrielle, Madelyne and Kedan.
