John is originally from New Orleans, LA but has lived in the Triangle for most of his life. After studying Business Management at NC State University he spent 10 years in the furniture industry before beginning his focus on helping smaller businesses. For the past 11 years he has been a general manager and consultant helping small businesses, primarily food related, restructure their operations. His passion for cooking has also lead to extensive work in the catering industry. He also produces a line of BBQ sauces, wing sauces and dry seasonings. When he has free time he enjoys hiking in the mountains, white water rafting and spending time with family and friends.
