Hydroponic Bibb Lettuce~ Topped with Small Dice of Roasted Beets, Green Apples & Red Onion. Drizzled with an Essence of Peach Vinaigrette and Garnished with Lavender.

Second Course Cioppion Risotto & Diver Scallop~ Fresh Florida Scallop Dusted with a Mixture of Cayenne Pepper & Cinnamon, Pan-Seared. Served Over Risotto with Onions, Tomato, Fennel and Finished with an Anisette Liquor.
