When Pezzi King first established their winery, owner Jim Rowe eliminated all use of chemicals and moved to all-natural farming techniques. The Rowe’s commitment to quality, hard work, and talent have paid off; since 2006, Pezzi King is among the highest rated zinfandels in the world.

1st Course:
Scallops
seared jumbo scallop/ melted leeks/ pancetta/ baby collards/ scallop ceviche

2nd Course:
Wild Boar
sumac rubbed wild boar chop/ wild boar cranberry sausage/ farro/ celeriac/
fuyu persimmons chutney/ blood orange

3rd Course:
Wagyu Strip Loin
porcini/ vegetable “cassoulet”

4th Course:
Chocolate
flourless chocolate torte/ dried bing cherry compote/soft candied walnuts
