Young Executive Access Lunch

This monthly luncheon is open to the young executives (under 40) of the Clubs to participate in a small-group forum with our community’s leaders. The luncheons are held at the Cardinal Club on the second Monday of each month; networking begins at 11:30 and the luncheon starts promptly at 12:00pm and lasts until 1:15pm. Speakers share thoughts on professional growth, offer motivation, and divulge the "secrets of my success" to our members 40 and under. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
The speaker for February will be: Tom Rhoads CEO from Parata.
Tom Rhoads
Tom is a visionary leader with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He was one of the first employees hired at Parata and has served as executive vice president for marketing, national accounts, sales and product service. Under his leadership, Parata launched the first and only next-generation pharmacy automation in history and has entered new vertical and global markets. His previous industry experience includes Baxter Healthcare and Cardinal Health Corporation, where he held positions as director of marketing, director of information technology and project director of manufacturing. Tom is a graduate of Duke University, with an MBA from The Citadel. He is an Iron Duke alumnus and member of the North Carolina Technology Association and the Chief Marketing Officer Council. He serves on the board of Pharmacy Times and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization. He also represents Parata with numerous pharmacy industry organizations, including the National Association of Chain Drug Stores and the National Community Pharmacists Association.
