Cardinal Club Closed for Construction
Starting on Monday, June 30 through August 31, 2014 all Club operations will be moved to the Capital City Club. The Cardinal Club will be closed during these months to help expedite the construction process. We will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, and hold all private and member events at the Capital City Club during these two (2) months.
Exciting Club improvements are on the way
NEW Upscale Dining
Make an event into a truly unforgettable occasion at Lustre, our new upscale dining locale. Whether you’re signing a deal or entertaining friends, Lustre is your place to impress and be impressed.
NEW Work Zones
Welcome to the new work zones – intuitively useful spaces where you can drop in and be productive. Make a call, host small-scale meetings and work without distraction in the comfort of a private club setting.
NEW Anytime Lounge
Modern American cuisine lights up the menu in Grain, our new anytime, all-occasion dining and cocktails venue. Stop by for freshly brewed coffee in the mornings, after-work drinks or a tasty dinner before a night out on the town.
One membership, two downtown Raleigh clubs
Established in 1979, the Capital City Club is Raleigh’s premier business club – the Club features the finest in social and business entertaining, state-of-the-art business, telecommunications and meeting facilities in combination with a tradition of gracious personalized service. Capital City Club, set on the 21st floor of the Progress Energy Building, features panoramic views along all points of the compass.
Located in downtown Raleigh on the penthouse levels (28th and 29th floors) of the Wells Fargo Capitol Center, Cardinal Club incorporates all the elements of a fine social and dining Club. The Club offers a luxury that is at once refined and comfortable, providing a gracious extension of Members’ homes. Conduct social and business affairs while enjoying consistently superior cuisine, vintage wines and attentive, personalized service.
In June 2009, these two Clubs combined to form The Downtown Clubs of Raleigh, providing the heart of North Carolina with a gathering place for conducting business and social affairs in a setting of privacy, comfort and camaraderie.
