I started my career with ClubCorp in 1998 working in the food and beverage department, and over the years have held the positions of Members Relations Director, Private Events Director and for the last 8 years been the Membership Director at the Club. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed developing relationships with our Membership, their families and their guests. In my spare time I enjoy playing golf and traveling with my husband Chris. I was born in Athens, Greece, and spent the earlier part of my life growing up between countries; Greece and California, USA. In 2007 my husband and I moved to McDonough, Georgia with our 2 sons, and have called Georgia our home ever since. I have been with Eagle's Landing Country Club since 2015, starting in Member Relations, and since then have enjoyed nurturing longstanding relationships with our Members and the community. I enjoy planning all types of events, from weddings to staff meetings, and with the great team we have here,your event will always be in good hands.

I have been with Club Corp and Eagle's Landing since February 2015. I worked alongside Chef Ben Moodie as Sous Chef for the last 8 months and welcome the new charge of Executive Chef. I obtained my Associates Degree in Culinary Arts in 2009 from Le Cordon Bleu and have over 10 years experience working in all aspects of the culinary world. Prior to joining the ClubCorp team, I worked for the Walt Disney World Company and was heavily involved in production during Epcot's Seasonal Festivals, which included Food & Wine and Flower & Garden. Beyond the gates, I am the mother of two daughters and an active member of my community.
Sarah Ruiz is originally from San Diego, California, but most recently lived in San Antonio, Texas. While pursuing her Bachelors in Business Administration at Baylor University, Sarah began her career with ClubCorp as part of the inaugural Baylor Club team in 2014. There she worked in several positions including Server, Shift Leader, and Dining Room Manager. While pursuing her Master’s degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio, Sarah became the Plaza Club's Member Relations Coordinator.
As your Assistant Food & Beverage Director, she focuses on ensuring that your experience at Eagles Landing is wonderful. Her door is always open should you ever need anything.

I'm originally from Herts, England. I played Football (soccer), Rugby, and Golf for school and Herts County. I competed in the British Amateur and in The Open Qualifying rounds, where I came to the States for the first time as a winner of the Metropolitan Police Junior Golf Championship. Also, I earned a Golf Scholarship to Wallace State Junior College in Alabama, then transferred to University Of Mobile and completed a BA in Business Admin. I achieved NAIA All-American Team at TPC Sawgrass. Later, I was elected to be a Member of the PGA in 1998. I joined the ClubCorp team in 2008 as an Assistant Golf Professional at Eagle's Landing Country Club and later became the Head Golf Professional in 2010.

I originally hail from Lawrence, Massachusetts and have been an avid tennis player since the age of 13. Tennis and golf were mainly summer pastimes with baseball being my major focus including playing first base and pitcher for Victor Valley College in California. Moving to Florida during the tennis boom of the 1970, I began teaching tennis as the contract pro for the cities of Palm Bay and Cape Canaveral until I was hired by ClubCorp as the first Tennis Director at La Cita Country Club in Titusville, Florida in 1985. I have also worked at Ipswich Country Club in Massachusetts in 2001. Eagle’s Landing has been my home since 2002.

I have been with ClubCorp and Eagles Landing for almost three years. I originally was hired in food and beverage where I worked in the kitchen and in banquets. One year ago, I was promoted to supervisor of The Oasis and The Junction. And now I am your Member Relations Coordinator. I enjoy coming up with new ideas for events that our members can enjoy. I am open to ideas and suggestions so please don't be a stranger because I won't. My door is always open.

Born in Massachusetts and raised in Upstate New York, Chris followed his father’s footsteps as a golf course superintendent. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in turf grass management. Prior to coming to Eagle’s Landing Country Club in 2015, Chris served as Golf Course Superintendent at Cedar Point Country Club in Virginia and as assistant superintendent at the Atlanta Athletic Club. Chris and his wife are the proud parents of two teenage boys.

I am originally from the great state of Michigan and began playing golf from the time I could walk. I was fortunate to earn a full scholarship to The Ohio State University playing golf against the best teams in the country. I ended my collegiate career with 6 straight top 5 finishes including a Runner Up finish to Luke Donald in the Big 10 Championships. I then pursued a professional career playing in over 100 events on the Hooters, Tarheel, Nationwide, and PGA Tours. I draw on these experiences when coaching players on how to reach their potential. I am excited to join the ClubCorp team and look forward to seeing you out on the practice tee.
