We Offer Programs For Every Interest & Skill Level   

AQUA AEROBICS (Live)
Consists of cardiovascular and muscle conditioning segments in shallow pool. Water weights will be provided. ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED
     

CYCLE (Live and Wexer Virtual)
Jump on a bike and ride to the driving beats that will improve your cardio endurance and muscular strength. This low impact/high intensity workout will leave you drenched in sweat, yet inspired to come back for more.
 

DANCE CARDIO (Wexer Virtual)
A mixture of rhythms and different dance styles to bring your heart rate and fun factor up to a 10!
 

INTERVAL BLAST (Live)
A combination of cardio and weights different each week to shock the body in all areas of fitness.
 

PIYO (Live)
You will be introduced to dynamic, flowing Pilates and yoga sequences focusing on lengthening and toning your muscles and increasing your flexibility. You get your yoga and Pilates fix in one special class.
 

POWER STEP (Wexer Virtual)
Tone up your legs and booty by moving up, over and around the step. A low impact workout, this class will improve your coordination by learning choreographed routines
 

TABATA (Live)
One of the hottest trends to build muscle and scorch body fat! Timed intervals will blast calories, but don’t worry – there’s recovery time, too.
 

TOTAL BODY TONING (Live)
A hour-long weight lifting class using all muscles in body for a full-body workout. Upper and lower body exercise with core targeted.
 

TRX (Live)
Suspension training is the original, best-in-class workout that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise, because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Great for all fitness levels. FEE BASED, ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED
 

YOGA (Live and Wexer Virtual)
Enhance your strength, balance, flexibility and stability, and leave feeling stronger and more centered. Just breathe… Namaste.
 

UPPER BODY BURN (Wexer Virtual)
A workout formatted to target all areas of the upper body to build strength.
 

SCULPT AND BURN (Live)
Intervals of timed cardio sessions and weight training to give you a full body workout.
 

CARDIO STRENGTH CIRCUIT (Live)
An interval-based group class utilizing weights, cardio, plyometric, and other weight training tools in timed stations.
