A: Membership includes access to our brand-new, state-of-the-art fitness center and all of its amenities, plus use of our resort-style family pool complex, dining, and Club social events.

Q: There are so many machines and new technology. Which one should I use, how do I use it, and what is the proper form?

A: Every week we have fitness orientations at different days and times, and these are advertised in our weekly Club e-newsletter. No need to make an appointment simply arrive at the scheduled time. Also, we have several personal trainers on staff that are present on the floor for questions, and also offer personal training sessions.

Q: Do I have to sign up for Group Exercise Classes?

A: The only classes that require sign-up are Aqua Aerobics and TRX; all other classes are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: What is Wexer and how does it work?

A: Wexer is a virtual training system that offers fitness classes for all ages and levels of fitness. Some Wexer classes are scheduled by the Club, and when a class is not scheduled Members are welcome to select their own class. For a tutorial on how to use the system please attend one of our fitness orientations.

Q: Are my children allowed to work out, take classes or sit in the fitness center while I work out?

A: Children under the age of 13 are not allowed (even with an adult) in the fitness center, unless the child is taking personal training sessions from one of our certified trainers. Children ages 13 – 15 can use the fitness facility if they first attend a Junior Certification Class. This Junior Certification Class costs $40, and this is a one-time fee.

Q: How do I schedule and purchase personal training sessions?

A: Email or call our Athletic Director, Tanya Carden, and she can ask you the appropriate questions to qualify which trainer would best fit your goals and needs.
