Frances divides her time between San Juan, Puerto Rico and Great Falls, Virginia. She is a member of Great Falls Studios and founding member of the Artists Atelier in Great Falls Center. Her work has been featured in various publications, including ELAN Magazine. She is a graduate of Cornell University, and did graduate work at Boston University. The artist worked with Rob Liberace and Danni Dawson at the Art League in Alexandria, and has also studied with Nelson Shanks and with Jim McGinley. Her paintings have won numerous awards and she has participated in many solo and group shows within the US and in Europe and Latin America. Her work is in collections in North and South America, and in Europe and Asia.
