Work out in our fitness center

Stay healthy and fit in our state-of-the-art fitness center. Spend some time on quality equipment, going at your own pace, or join a group or personal training program. We have everything you need to create and meet your fitness goals. 

Our new fitness center includes:

  • Cardio equipment to enhance your workout
  • Certified personal trainers and nutrition expert
  • Kids’ club available for child care
  • A variety of group exercise classes: everything from spin & sculpt, yoga, pilates and intensive cardio classes
  • Sport themed camps for kids of all ages throughout the summer months
  • Join a Run Club
  • Speed & Agility training groups for Teens
  • Full line of resistance equipment
  • Free weight area with dumbbells, barbells and benches
