Fair Oaks Ranch Little Linksters Summer Golf Clinic

For kids ages 5 - 8 with a maximum of six students per clinic. Instruction will be led by David Murrah, PGA Golf Professional and TSTA Physical Education Certified.

• Session 3:  August 9 - 11

Time  

8:30 - 9:45 am each day

Cost

• Members $60.00 per junior.  If space available, then guests may fill open spots. 
• Guest of Members $80.00 per junior.

What To Bring 

Each junior will need golf/athletic clothing.  Clubs are not necessary and will be provided.  This INTRODUCTORY program is designed for the BEGINNER JUNIOR GOLFER, and will focus on teaching junior golfers the game of golf, with emphasis placed on the following:

Basic golf fundamentals of grip, aim, and swing motion for  putting, chipping, and pitching, using "SNAG GOLF" concepts: SNAG® is a player friendly, first touch development program designed for both children and adults. It incorporates developmentally appropriate equipment that allows golf to be learned and played in non-traditional venues with immediate, positive results. This immediate success keeps new learners wanting to be further involved with golf.  SNAG Golf is all about having FUN while learning the basics of golf.

Kid's Course

Use of a 3-hole "mini-course" to create "big-course" learning in a "little-course" environment.

Kid Fitness

Using ways to play the game that develop and encourage movement, exercise, and flexibility.
