My career with Firestone Country Club began in 1991 when I joined the team as a banquet server. The food and beverage industry was new to me and I really enjoyed the personal interactions with the Members and their guests. During this time, I was attending Kent State University to obtain my bachelor’s in fine arts with a minor in graphic design. As the years passed, I was able to move up from banquet/grille server to captain, and then to assistant service director. I have also spent time working on the grounds crew. In  May  2002, I was given the opportunity to run the Corporate Hospitality for the PGA Senior Championship held at Firestone that year. After a successful event, I was promoted to the Sales and Marketing Staff where I have been ever since. 

I have a wonderful wife, Kelli, two beautiful daughters and our dog, Mulligan. In my spare time, I like to do construction/remodeling projects and various other outdoor activities.
