I began my career with ClubCorp in 1981 at the Cascade Club. During my time there, I developed a passion for serving the Members. I worked through the ranks at several ClubCorp clubs and accepted a position at Firestone Country Club in 1988.
In 1994, I received the award for the Rookie Chef of the Year and have many ice carving awards from the National Ice Carving Association. I have been a Member of the American Culinary Federation for 32 years. I have also been a part of the success Firestone Country Club has achieved during the years of tournament golf including the current World Golf Championships Bridgestone Invitational.
In my spare time, I am a marathon runner and a Level One Crossfit Trainer “Elite Fitness Training.” My wife, Lynn, and I have raised two wonderful girls and all three are great cooks and have given me the support I needed to excel in my profession.
