I grew up in Connecticut and began my golf career at age 12, picking up practice balls, mowing greens and raking bunkers under the tutelage of Walter Lowell, the 1976 National PGA Golf Professional of the Year. I graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where I met my lovely wife, Marian. We have two beautiful daughters: Jillian and Jordan.
After serving Ipswich Country Club for 15 years, I moved to Firestone Country Club in 2008, where I served on ClubCorp’s National Golf Committee for many years and on a number of PGA committees in both the New England PGA Section and the Northern Ohio PGA Section. In addition to being a Titleist Top 100 Club Fitter and a TPI-certified Golf Fitness Instructor, I was awarded the coveted Putter Boy Trophy at Pinehurst during the 2005 Associate Club Team Championship.
On a personal note, I am also a passionate supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association and have a love for reading, travel and the outdoors.
