Our fitness center is open 7 days a week to accommodate your busy schedule and to help you reach to your fitness goals. We offer complimentary fitness classes 5 days a week. 

Monday: Fitness 8:30 - 9:30 AM
Tuesday: Yoga 8:30 - 9:30 AM
Wednesday: Strength Fitness 8:45 - 9:45 AM 
Thursday: Yoga 8:30 - 9:30 AM
Friday: Yoga 8:30 - 9:30 AM
