Get fit and stay fit
New Fitness Center coming to the main clubhouse soon! Clear your mind and test your strength with state-of-the-art equipment, along with classes designated to help you look and feel your best. This boutique fitness center will offer natural light, so you can always exercise in perfect conditions! Work with our personal training staff to develop a health regime and let them help you maintain a healthy lifestyle with nutrition education. The addition of the fitness center will allow Members to spend a complete day at the Club.
OPERATING HOURS
Monday-Thursday 5:30 am – 9:00 pm
Friday 5:30 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday-Sunday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
GROUP EXERCISE
The Fitness Center offers an array of group exercise classes that include cycling, cycle boot camp, yoga, power yoga, mat pilates, step interval and cardio workouts. All classes are designed for all fitness levels and instructed by certified group fitness professionals.
FITNESS CENTER POOL
Available for lap swimming, junior camps and private lessons only. Aqua aerobics are offered during the summer.
PERSONAL TRAINING
The Gleneagles Fitness Center personal trainers are certified professionals who use specialized fitness training techniques to help you reach your fitness goals. You are privately coached through each workout, receiving additional motivation, proper training intensity and guidance.

Schedule a relaxing, stress relieving massage with concentration on Swedish or deep tissue techniques.
