Romance will be in the air on Thursday, February 14 in the Mackenzie Grille. Chef David has designed a very special a la carte menu for this very special evening. Cost is $65++ per person.  Please call the Club directly at 791.7578 to make your reservations.  Seating will be in the Mackenzie Grille, the Library and the Colt rooms

Y Caramelized diver scallops, apple butter, green apple celeriac and apple wood smoked bacon

 YEscargot with porcini truffle butter, puff pastry, soft herbs 

Crispy pork belly, fennel puree, majool dates, wild huckleberries and mache salad
