We offer a variety of fitness classes
Try one of our innovative group exercise classes, featuring spin, strength training and weight training. Enjoy yourself, and if you have any questions or suggestions, don’t be shy. We want to hear them.
Begin to Spin
This is just like Spin class, but for the beginner. We'll cover the basics of setting up your bike and how to understand spinning terminology. The class will be slower paced, but still a great workout. So, if you've been wondering what spin class is all about – this is the class for you.
Strengthen and tone the muscles and the heart and blast calories. This class includes a variety of exercises that may include step, kickboxing, spinning, hand weights, balls and bands to work all major muscle groups while alternating cardio with resistance.
Couples' Fit Challenge
Commit to get fit together. This class will take pre, mid-way and post evaluation tests to prove to you the difference you can make in just eight weeks. Expect a little bit of everything from cardio and weights to plyometrics, spinning, stretching and more. 10 weeks, January 21 – March 25.
This 15-minute class engages all the muscles of the torso using some more challenging yoga poses, medicine balls and traditional ab exercises.
First Fridays @ 9
This class is held only on the first Friday of the month at 9 am. On the first Friday, there will be no regularly scheduled 9 am Cardio/Weight Combo. There's just one class with 90 minutes of anything and everything. You'll feel ready for the weekend after this one.
This is a compact, intense workout. It's only 15 minutes, but you won't be asking for more. Plyo includes short bouts of jumping, leaping, bounding, running, etc., and Strength focuses on power moves with weights, medicine balls and your own body weight as resistance, but both will keep your heart rate elevated. Thursday's class will be a combination of both.
This is 30 minutes of the Instructor's choice of cardiovascular exercise: spin, kickboxing, low-impact floor aerobics, etc.
This advanced step class incorporates power moves and advanced choreography. Strength conditioning happens at the end of class. Not recommended for beginners. Cost: $30 monthly pass, $45 family monthly pass or $10 a class.
Designed for exercisers of all ages and fitness levels. If you are interested in weight-management, cardiovascular fitness and endurance training, this is the right class for you. Please be sure to bring your water bottle.

Strengthen & Lengthen
This 45-minute lighter version of our Weight Training class is designed for the beginner or those who prefer a slower pace. We'll finish class with a deep, 15-minute stretch to increase range of motion and flexibility.
This is a strength training class designed to give you a total body workout without having to think about it. We'll cover every major muscle group.
