Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:30pm-FULL

10 weeks, 20 workouts
Golf specific exercise instruction
Monitoring for proper form and mechanics

20 written workouts to keep and recreate!

We are opening up another session of Golf Fit Camp.  This second session will run on Tuesdays at 5pm and Saturdays at 9am from February 11-April 19th. 
We will improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, posture and balance for the avid golfer.  You'll receive golf specific exercise instruction, monitoring for proper form and mechanics, group motivation and accountability, knowledge and understanding of the body and ideas on how to keep things fun! Space is limited, so please call 757.321.2120 to register.  The cost is $150 for the 10 week/20 session package.
