Golf  Fit Camp

( 10 weeks, 20 workout sessions)
Mondays and Wednesdays at 2pm

Start the 2013 golf season off the right way!
We will be meeting for ten weeks..
improving cardiovascular endurance, strength,
flexibility, posture and balance for the avid golfer.

The cost of the program is $150.
