-Corn blini with smoked salmon and chive creme fraiche
-Duck confit crostini with preserved cranberry and brie
-Wild mushroom and goat cheese tartlet with roasted tomato

-Citrus and honey seared halibut with fennel and brown butter

-Salad of young lettuce with roasted pear, blue cheese, spiced pecans, and roasted beet vinaigrette

-Ancho braised boneless beef short rib with creamy polenta, asparagus, and crispy leeks

-Molten chocolate cake with raspberry coulis and cinnamon cream
