Hackberry Creek Country Club – Dinner
Choice of entrée: Trio of seared coriander cured beef tenderloin, grilled free range New Zealand lamb chop, and pancetta roasted sea bass served with sweet corn risotto and caramelized root vegetables. Wines by Dave Phinney, Location F1 (France) and Locations E1 (Spain) (Please make entrée selection at time of reservation)

Trophy Club Country Club – Dessert
