Fitness Boot Camp

Every Monday at 6pm
$10 per person

This boot camp class is a 30 minute fun filled, high intensity fitness class that incorporates resistance exercises, core training and full body conditioning.  This class is ideal for ALL fitness levels and is designed for participants to work at their own pace.
