Travis Overholt was born in eastern Tennessee and has been in the culinary industry for 15 years. Before joining Harbour Club in 2007, he worked in several ClubCorp properties including Nashville City Club and the Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club. Travis conducts educational cooking classes for Members on a monthly basis and enjoys assisting them in furthering their knowledge of food and cooking.

His passion lies in discovering new and exciting styles of food preparation as well as mastering the art of charcuterie.
