Our personal trainers will make sure you achieve your health and fitness goals in the safest, most effective way possible. All our trainers are certified, and all undergo extensive continuing education and professional development. In addition, most hold exercise-related degrees. We encourage you to view their biographical description information at the entrance to the Fitness facility. 

We continue to raise the bar on innovation and personal training. Our personal training-based programs give you a larger selection of offerings and packages and the greatest flexibility in booking appointments, so training can fit into any schedule and budget.

FitQuest
Complimentary fitness evaluation and orientation designed for our new Members to help you get started. If you never received a FitQuest, or if you have been away from the gym and need a refresher, contact us to find out more about this exciting program.
