The well-appointed aerobic studio, with its expansive overlook of the tennis courts, enhances every Member's workout with several classes a week to choose from including yoga, step and toning. Indoor cycling classes are also offered for those looking for a challenging cardiovascular workout.
Indoor cycling is a challenging cardiovascular workout. Led by a certified instructor, it uses visual imagery and synchronized music to motivate riders through a unique cycling experience. Indoor cycling is non-impact and is designed for people of all fitness levels as each rider can control the intensity of their workout. This class requires no previous cycling experience.
