A Johnson & Wales University graduate, Executive Chef Richard Brown encompasses years of experience in the culinary industry having shared his wealth of knowledge with Eurest Dining Service, Chops Lobster Bar, The Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Beach Resort, Hickory Tavern, Walt Disney World and so much more. Rick has a classic French Cuisine background but describes his culinary techniques as rustic and comfortable.

He is married to his lovely wife Elissa, and in his spare time, he enjoys playing rugby.
