Dick Clark's New Years Rockin Eve

We are putting a NEW spin on New Year's Eve! Join us for a fabulous night as we ring in the New Year... TWICE! First we will celebrate (what would have been) Dick Clark's 40th New Year's Anniversary with the City of New York at 9pm and then again at midnight.

Cocktails & Hors d'Oeuvres Reception starting at 6:00pm, 3-Course Plated Dinner following at 7:00pm, and a Champagne toast and balloon drop at 9pm. Ring in the new year dancing to LIVE Entertainment by Citrus College's "Night Shift" - the band from Pow Wow!

Menu for the Evening will be a Choice of Option:

Pepper Crusted Australian Wagyu Filet
with a shallot red wine bordelaise, Yukon gold goat cheese mash and a wild field mushroom medley

Pan Seared Skate Fish
with Citrus infused Buerre Blanc, Boursin herb caper butter risotto, sauteed tomatoes and asparagus

Spiced Kurabuta Pork Chop
with tart cherry compote, sweet potato puree and broccolini sauteed with applewood smoked bacon
