As one of Napa Valley's few remaining family wine estates, Trefethen Vineyards has never purchased a single outside grape. Located in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley, their estate vineyard is nestled in a verdant landscape of vines at the cooler, southern end of Napa Valley. Join us as Janet Trefethen shares the history of her family's vineyard and features her signature wines paired with a five course dinner. Spots are extremely limited!

First Course
Coriander Seared Ahi with a Myers Lemon Jalapeno Vinaigrette

Second Course
Arugula Salad with Sweet Corn Ravioli, Seared Sea Scallop and a Smoked Tomato Coulis

Third Course
Rigatoni Pasta with Duck Ragu, Forest Mushrooms and Fried Radicchio

Fourth Course
Coffee Encrusted Tenderloin of Beef with a Date Reduction Sauce, Marbled Potato and Braised Root Vegetables
