Indian Wells Country Club is proud to offer Members the finest exercise equipment provided by TechnoGym in our 4,000-square-foot Wellness Center. The Wellness Center holds more than 30 exercise machines, a stretching cage, workout bars and balls, two massage rooms, a 500-square-foot aerobic room and a fully-stocked juice bar.

• Bars and plates from 2.5 to 45 pounds
• Flat benches
• Adjustable incline benches
• Bands and medicine balls

Cardio equipment

• Treadmills
• Upright bikes
• Reclining bikes
• Two Expresso bikes
• Elliptical machines
• Upper body Erqometer with optional seat

Equipment features televisions and iPod connections built into the consoles. We provide complimentary hand towels for Members and guests to use at the Wellness Center.

MicroFit Body Assessment

The Wellness Center is proud to offer state-of the-art fitness and wellness evaluations with our MicroFit Program. MicroFit measures: blood pressure, heart rate, body fat, aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility.
