We offer exercise classes, personal training and massage
Indian Wells offers group exercise classes in the Mind, Body and Movement Studio. This 500-square-foot studio is home to our yoga, pilates, aerobics and sport-specific training classes. We also offer a full line of accessories including mats, balls, steps and more for all our classes.
Personal training and massage therapy programs are also available. Please check with the Wellness Center for the most up-to-date schedules and rates, or contact us to find out more.
