I am originally from Swartz Creek, MI and moved to the Coachella Valley in 2005.  I have been married to my wife, Alison, for two years. On our second anniversary, we welcomed our daughter, Sawyer, to our family.

I have been in the golf business for 15 years beginning at Flint Country Club as a caddy during my sophomore year of high school. During my college education at Ferris State University where I majored in professional golf management, I performed five semesters of internship at facilities throughout the country including Cordillera in Colorado. Prior to Indian Wells Country Club, I worked at Indian Wells Golf Resort for more than five years. 

When I am away from "our Club" I serve on the board of directors for the Desert Chapter of the Southern California PGA, or assisting my wife with our gymnastics business.
