Indian Wells Country Club is nestled at the foothills of the Santa Rosa Mountains, offering spectacular views with six spacious indoor meeting spaces. All meetings and menus are customized to the exact taste and budget of the event host.

Meeting Rooms

Bob and Dolores Hope Grand Ballroom

7,000 sqft An incredibly spectacular grand ballroom nestled at the foot of the San Rosa Mountains with an expansive outdoor veranda overlooking the 18th green. Accommodates up to 500 guests.

Victor's Dining Room

1,866 sqft This stunning room features a beautiful fireplace with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Classic Golf Course, past home of the Bob Hope Classic Tournament. This rectangle shaped room accommodates up to 120 guests.

President's Room

620 sqft This room served as the West Coast White House when President Ford, President Carter, President Clinton and President Bush were all playing in the Bob Hope Classic Tournament. This historic venue, with small outdoor patio, accommodates up to 36 guests.

Lounge

1,500 sqft This has an elegant built-in bar and is an ideal location for a standing cocktail reception or small dinner for 30 or less.

Curci's Grille Room and Classic Patio

1,280 sqft The Grille room is filled with distinctive and stylish décor, connected to a large outdoor patio with firepit with a breathtaking view of the Classic Course. It is a unique setting on the Lower Level of the Main Clubhouse and can accommodate 72 guests inside and 150 guests outside.

Cove Clubhouse

Inside: 1,028 sqft

Outdoor: 1,548 sqft Located 1 mile east of the main clubhouse sits the Member favorite, Cove Clubhouse. Available Monday and Tuesday only, this location is perfect for the casual cocktail party. Accommodates 120 guests, standing.

Indian Wells Country Club is proud to offer 36 holes of golf on two beautiful championship courses, the Classic Course and the Cove Course. This option provides some perfect “post-work fun” at the end of your business meeting. Our courses are immaculately maintained to meet the requirements of an exclusive private club and each hole offers spectacular views of the natural terrain, including hundreds of native palms.
