Stephen grew up in the neighboring town of Andover. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Management at the local Endicott College in Beverly, MA. Prior to joining Ipswich Country Club, Stephen held positions in many local North Shore clubs such as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Essex Country Club, Dining Room Manager at Myopia Hunt Club in Hamilton, and most recently the Food and Beverage Manager at Tedesco Country Club in Marblehead. Stephen joined Ipswich Country Club in the spring of 2009 and is also an active member of The Club Managers Association of America.
