Cassie Horn

Cassie  is a graduate of Bethel College with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Sports Management, and most recently completed her M.B.A. at Bethel. Cassie is also a professor over at Bethel College where she teaches  Wellness courses.  On the side , she helps coach the track and field teams. At Knollwood,Cassie teaches circuit classes and works with our youngest members Tot Training and swim classes. She is also a WSI swim instructor for kids and adults. Philosophy: Health and wellness is a journey that involves your mind, body and soul. You need all 3 to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The more effort you put in, the more you get out. Strive for progress, not perfection.

Tom Washburn

Role: Personal Trainer

Tom is a 1992 Exercise Science graduate from McNeese State University. He has been a Personal Trainer for more than 17 years, and specializes in sport-specific training and post rehab. Tom is TPI Certified and is also an expert with baseball instruction.

Kellie Sade

Role: Personal Trainer

Kellie is a 1994 Graduate of Bethel College with a BA in Physical Education and Health. She is Certified by the National Exercise Training Association (NETA) and has over 15 years of Personal Training and Group Fitness Experience including Spinning Instruction.  Kellie Specializes in Sports-Specific Training, Total Body Conditioning, Core Strength & Stabilization, Weight Loss and Exercise Programming and also specializes in basketball fundamentals.  She works with all age groups from the Beginner to the Elite Athlete. Philosophy:  All of my clients come to me with different goals and different needs. My philosophy is to find the right balance for them to improve their quality of life, help them believe in themselves and to push them to be their very best.  If you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything. 
 

Kim Yeoman

Role: Personal Trainer
Serving Since: 2018

Kim is certified in Personal Training, TRX suspension Training as well as being a Fitness Instructor at Knollwood. She specializes in Strength Training, TRX and Pilates. Kim can be seen in our group exercise room teaching Zumba, Pilates, Spinning, circuits, muscle conditioning or other group classes.

Wes Smith

Role: Personal Trainer
Serving Since: 2018

Wes is a certified Strength and Condition Specialist. He graduated from Holy Cross College in 2015 where he played baseball for 2 years and received his degree in Communications. In addition to personal training, Wes runs our Youth Fitness Programs at Knollwood, which consists of three different fitness classes for youth ages 4-8, 9-14, or 15 and older.
