“It is hard to believe I have been with Knollwood and ClubCorp for six years. I have been very fortunate to have started working here as an Assistant Golf Professional and throughout my tenure been able to increase my responsibilities and duties. There are many things I enjoy about working here, none more so than simply serving the membership. It is pretty difficult to call it a ‘job’ when I get to come in everyday, work with and for great people, and discuss golf. I have been employed in the golf industry since the age of 15, where I worked as a caddie at Bloomfield Hills Country Club in the Detroit area. Upon graduating high school, I obtained an Associates Degree in Golf Complex Operations and Management in Myrtle Beach, SC, while working in one of the largest retail golf stores in the area. I then moved to Tucson, AZ, where I worked as a cart attendant at one of the most upscale clubs in the southwest, a great learning experience.

“Not only did I learn a lot about what goes into the day to day operations of a country club in Arizona, but I later found out something very significant happened while living there, I met my wife Kristina, who is the mother of our two sons, Maxwell and Tyler. As fortunate as I have been throughout my career, I am even more blessed to have an incredible healthy, happy family to go home to everyday.
