Rhonda has been with Knollwood Country Club since 2000. She started as a Youth Program Coordinator, moved to the swim department as the Aquatics Director, and recently became the Athletic Director. Rhonda has multiple degrees from Indiana University-South Bend in Business Administration, Elementary Education, and General Studies and is also a Certified Pool Operator. Rhonda is energetic, friendly and always available.

Rhonda is married, with three children, and feels that "fitness is important at all stages of life".
