Lauren Waddell joined the team in 2012. Prior to La Cima, she was at an exclusive community in Fort Worth and she also has experience in private event planning.
Lauren graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2005 and returned home to Texas to begin her career teaching and coaching at a local high school. During this time, she studied at the University of Texas in Arlington where she received her Meeting and Event Planning Certification and began her own business. She worked directly with clients and vendors to organize and produce a variety of events and managed the daily operations of the business.
She then took a position with a private community where she managed the amenities and daily operations of the property. This included the orientation of new owners with the community, the planning of private and owner events and management of residential staff and services.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys golfing, traveling, dining out and spending time with family. She is also an avid sports fan and can be found cheering on her Oklahoma Sooners and other favorite teams!
