Qiana comes to La Cima Club with more than 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She graduated from Tennessee State University (TSU) in Nashville, Tennessee in 2003. While pursuing a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Administration, she was awarded an athletic scholarship as a proud member of the TSU Tigerbelles Women’s track team.

Upon completion of her degree, Qiana's first position out of college was for ClubCorp at Nashville City Club. During her years at the City Club, she learned how essential the three steps of service (Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells) were to her career. Qiana left ClubCorp to pursue other areas of the industry for several years, working in hotel operations and sales for Hyatt, Marriott and other small franchises. She was involved with Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and received her Meeting and Event Planning Certification at Belmont University.

Qiana's past experience in operations, sales, marketing, events and catering in both fine dining food service and lodging establishments has allowed her to excel as an energetic, self-motivated professional.

Qiana is originally from Toledo, Ohio. She spent 18 years in Tennessee including Oak Ridge and Nashville. She relocated to Dallas, Texas to advance her career in a larger metroplex. As a former athlete, Qiana enjoys all sports and sporting events. She is a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan and attends a number of games home and away every year. Her interests also include traveling, reading, spending time with family, live music and cooking.
