Lobster Bisque

Salad

Artisan pear salad served with toasted walnuts dried cranberries and tossed with a yogurt pear vinaigrette.

Entree ~ (Choice of one)

Surf and Turf

6 oz filet and 3 jumbo shrimp served with grilled asparagus and honey beets and garlic mashed potato

Salmon En Papillote

Salmon filet wrapped together with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, herbs and white wine served with wild rice pilaf.

Parmesan Encrusted Airline Chicken Breast

Served with grilled asparagus and wild rice pilaf.
