Personal training
As a participant in our personal training program you get training specifically designed to meet your unique fitness goals and needs. Your personal trainer is responsible for implementing a program that is challenging, motivational and beneficial for you. Our personal trainers are educated professionals with extensive training and experience in health and fitness related fields.
Your individual program may include any or all of the following activities: Weight training, swimming, calisthenics, aerobic/cardiovascular conditioning, strength and flexibility exercises, and sports specific training.
