Milwaukee swimming lessons 

Le Club’s swimming lesson program is for swimmers of all abilities who wish to develop and refine their water skills. 

Parent and Child Aquatics

Parents and children learn together to increase a child’s comfort level in the water and build a foundation of basic skills, such as arm and leg movements and breath control. 

Learn-to-Swim

Red Cross Learn-to-Swim features six levels of instruction to help swimmers of all ages and abilities develop their skills. 

Level 1 – Introduction to Water Skills
Level 2 – Fundamental Aquatic Skills
Level 3 – Stroke Development
Level 4 – Stroke Improvement
Level 5 – Stroke Refinement
Level 6 – Swimming and Skill Proficiency 

Thriving Threes

Thriving threes is a new swimming class specially designed for our more independent swimmers who are 3 years old. We believe that 3-year-olds need a different kind of attention and instructions than we offer in Parents and Child Aquatics or Level 1. Children work on developing basic swimming skills such as floating, breath control and a variety of other fundamentals. The instructor-to-swimmer ratio will be 1:4, and parents are not required to be in the water with the child. If your child is approximately 3 years old, this is the class for them. 

Swim Club

Competitive and challenging, swim team promotes individual goal-setting, teamwork and a positive attitude toward staying fit, all lessons that certainly transcend into later years. 

Our excellent coaching staff, dedicates our practices toward improving stroke technique, endurance and team unity. Planned swim clinics give the swimmers an opportunity to put their hard work to the test as awards are given and self-confidence built. 

Aquatic Personal Training

Make aquatic exercise part of your training program. Participants enjoy the versatile workouts in the water – swimming knowledge is not required. Sign up for a session with one of our trainers, and get an individually designed program that can include both resistance and endurance training. 

Performance Swimming

Performance Swimming is a swim program designed to motivate you and maximize your swim performance. Whether your goals are to improve your swim ability for triathlon competition, cross-training or for weight management, this program is for you. Allow Le Club’s swim coaches to assist you in achieving your swimming goals by incorporating sound training techniques, swim stroke feedback and groups camaraderie. All levels are welcome. 

Water Exercise

Water exercise is a wonderful fitness program for anyone – low-impact, all-resistance training and a great cardio workout. Certified instructors teach all classes. 

Healing Water

An authorized Arthritis Foundation class, this class focuses on arthritic joints. This class is held in the warm water pool kept at 88 degrees.
