General Policy

  • Reservations are required for all children under the age of 18 months.  Reservations should be made at the front desk.  Only one reservation is allowed at a time.  It is suggested that you call as soon as possible.  When making a reservation, we also need to know the time your child will be picked up.  A $5.00 penalty will be charged for late pickups (beyond 15 minutes).  If you are passed your 3 hours, you will be charged $10.00/15  minutes and paged t pick up your child.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time you will be charged $3.00.  It is unfair to other members when nursery reservations are made and “no shows” occur.
  • Cancellations – Please call to cancel your reservation at least 3 hours in advance so that your time slot may be open for someone else.  A $4.00 penalty will be charged to those who do not call to cancel 3 hours in advance.  Parents are encouraged to call in the mornings in case there are openings due to cancellations.
  • We are not a licensed daycare; therefore your child is limited to a MAXIMUM of 3 hours per day in our playroom or nursery.  You must pick up your child within the 3 hour time frame.  There will be a late fee of $10.00 charged to your account per 15 minutes you are late.  If you are 30 minutes late, you will be charged another $10.00 and paged to pick up your child.  A parent must remain on premises while child is in our care.
  • Diapering – We do change diapers.  Parents should make sure that their children arrive in clean diapers.  Please bring spare diapers and wipes.  If child is being toilet trained, bring a change of clothes, as well.  Labels diapers, bags, bottles, snacks, etc.  Diapers can be purchased for $1.00.
  • Fees – There is a $5.00/hour fee for Non-Family Members and a $8.00/hour fee for Guests.
  • Your child must be signed in and out daily on their card.  You must note where in the club you will be.  If another member is in charge of your child during his/her stay, that adult must sign your child in and out in order to confirm that they are in charge of your child.
  • Under certain circumstances, for example a tennis tournament, club parties and other club events, we may keep the playroom and nursery open late with prior approval from management.  This does not include personal tennis matches.

Ratio of children to attendant
