Aerobics

Lost Creek offers a wide variety of group exercise classes including: body sculpting, step, low impact, combination impact, yoga, kickboxing, cycling and specialty classes. 

Pilates

Strength, flexibility and coordination increase while other benefits include posture improvement, releasing tension of back and neck, and muscular toning. These sessions are one on one or group depending on your personal preference. Pilates is great for lower back pain and stabilization of the spine.
