All You Need Is (g)LOVE is Here Again!

Our annual All You Need Is (g)LOVE reception is a bit earlier this year, so to get into Thanksgiving spirit, we invite you to join us on
Thursday November 15
4:30pm - 7:00pm
at the Met Club (Willis Tower)
For a late afternoon/early evening of camaraderie for a cause. Please bring your gently used coats hats and winter wear, or, a $20 donation at the door will do nicely as well. And as usual, we’ll have some great appetizers and wine for you to enjoy, as well as our traditional raffle of great prizes.

This is our sixth annual All You Need is (g)LOVE kids coat drive, and this year, we have some very big goals in mind, and your support would be deeply appreciated.

We have two special beneficiaries this year, and we are looking to raise over $5,000 to help their kids get a new coat, hat, scarf and gloves:

· For over 150 years, Metropolitan Family Services (www.metrofamily.org) has been responding to the evolving and critical needs of families in Chicago and the suburbs. On Wednesday November 28th, the All You Need Is (g)LOVE team will deploy to the Metropolitan Family Services Midway Children’s Center to bring smiles and warmth to special kids in need.

 

· Then, on Saturday morning December 22, our team will head to the west side for a morning of holiday cheer with the families of Facing Forward To End Homelessness (www.ffchicago.org), a wonderful organization that for over 25 years has worked to transform the lives of Chicago’s homeless families by providing them the housing and necessary tools to help families move forward and rebuild.
