Harry Kraemer, professor of management and strategy at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and former Chairman and CEO of Baxter International, will talk about his book, from Values to Action. Harry believes that as the global economy becomes even more competitive, organizations will turn to values-based leaders who, in doing the right thing, deliver outstanding and lasting results. He will be addressing how executives can use servant leadership to help drive profitable results in successful organizations.
Included in the price of admission, you will receive a copy of Harry’s book, "From Values To Leadership: The Four Principals of Values-based Leadership". His book was selected as the #3 top read for CEO’s in the US in a survey conducted by The Miami Herald.
