Mr. Hornick has worked in hospitality for over 25 years with an emphasis in catering. He has worked for Intercontinental Hotels, Red Lion Hotels, the Cohn Restaurant Group in San Diego and the La Valencia Hotel in La Jolla, CA. In 2007, he started his own event company and has owned and operated the food and beverage concession at Mission Bay Golf Course in San Diego. He attended Paul Smith’s College in New York and majored in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
